Programs

Basic X-ray Program
Students learn to provide radiological support to physicians in doctors' offices, clinics and chiropractic centers. Course components include the fundamentals of radiological technology, anatomy, medical ethics, patient care, equipment and safety. Students receive a certificate upon completion and are eligible to sit for the DOH Bureau of Radiology BXMO Exam.

Medical/Clinical Laboratory Assistant Program
Training in administrative and clinical settings provides students the skills necessary to obtain entry-level employment. Course components include EKG, blood collection and “waived” laboratory procedures, equipment use, collection and handling of specimens, safety, medical ethics, anatomy/physiology, medical terminology and training for Medical Manager responsibilities. Upon completion students are eligible to sit for the national certification exam.
